One of the greatest books of all time. A must read.Highly recommended, talking about management and how to handle different organizations starting from university, ministry and ending with embassy.
Few things I have enjoyed about this book, besides the good examples and real life situations he has offered in a different perspective, I feel like he has given an excellent image of the Saudi ruling family. I must admit, almost through all my studies dealing with the gulf, i have always been given a negative view of the ruling family of Saudi. One of my well-known professors made us watched a documentary in this regard and she was featured in it - I don't say it has changed my opinion

The first half of the book was a bit boring but the second half was amazing.
