Description In Favor Of Books Urdu Ki Akhri Kitaab / اردو کی آخری کتاب

When it comes to humor and wit, no one can live up to the standard set by Ibn e Insha. He is one of the prolific writers of Urdu language, and he is one of those writers whose writings endured through time. Urdu ki Aakhri Kitab (the last book of urdu) comprises of stories, poems and proses and covers area from nature, geography, history, science, mathematics etc. These stories, poems and proses display the unparalleled wisdom and wit of Ibn e Insha shrouded in a healthy criticism. I was not able to curb my laughters. The stories of Alexender and Khizer, Mahmud Ghaznavi and Firdosi, and union is strength are the best part of my experience reading this timelessly classic book.

Evaluation About Books Urdu Ki Akhri Kitaab / اردو کی آخری کتاب
A master piece

Urdu ki Aakhri kitab is the best book of parody in Urdu. A great presentation of great humour and satire

Satire done right. Ibn e Insha's "Urdu ki Akhri Kitaab" is both hilarious and thought provoking. It is a book written in the style of a Child's textbook, with topics ranging from mathematics to history to science; using satire to convey the hard realities of Pakistan's society and politics during the 60s.

Classica humor belongs to one and only Ibn-e-Insha! God bless the soul.

Ibn e Insha is really an exceptional artisan. I would recommend this book any day of the week. Not that is highly concise and brief but it is full of humor and wit. Thanks to the mastery of the artist he takes the humor out of everything he puts his pen on. I grabbed this book and it was so engaging and enlightening that I read it to the end in just one sitting.

A well written piece of writing By Ibn-e-Insha with Humour and A great realities expressed in a beautiful way!

Growing up this book was my prized possession. It also gave me my first taste of satire in Urdu. Pitras and Yousafi came much later. The precise sentences and passages are witty. A lot of the stuff mentioned in the book is relevant even today. Grab this book, if you haven't already.
