Interpretation Toward Books Now You See Me (Lacey Flint #1)

One night after interviewing a reluctant witness at a London apartment complex, Lacey Flint, a young detective constable, stumbles onto a woman brutally stabbed just moments before in the building’s darkened parking lot. Within twenty-four hours a reporter receives an anonymous letter that points out alarming similarities between the murder and Jack the Ripper’s first murder—a letter that calls out Lacey by name. If it’s real, and they have a killer bent on re-creating London’s bloody past, history shows they have just five days until the next attempt.

No one believes the connections are anything more than a sadistic killer’s game, not even Lacey, whom the killer seems to be taunting specifically. However, as they investigate the details of the case start reminding her more and more of a part of her past she’d rather keep hidden. And the only way to do that is to catch the killer herself.

Bolton gets me EVERY TIME!!!!

I found a new favorite author here in S.J. (Sharon) Bolton. This book was brilliant! Very engrossing and intricate plot line. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going through all her works including this series. This book was the first in the Lacey Flint series. She has written several stand alone novels including Sacrifice her debut novel which I mistook for the first in the Lacey Flint series. I have heard so many good things about this series I was looking for the beginning and discovered

Wow. Easily the best book I've read this year. Thank you to everyone who recommended it in "A Good Thriller's: PIFM". I enjoyed it immensely. You know how to tell a fan-*******-tastic book...to be able to read it twice in eleven months. Sharon Bolton is currently my favourite writer. When I became acquainted with her and Slaughter this year, I knew I'd found my favourite new female authors. But Bolton, she just blows me away. I find her plots just so well written. Better than anyone else's. Mind

Thank you Brenda for the wonderful recommendation of this book! I could have eaten this up in one day if this week hadn't been so busy. This book is the first in the Lacey Flint series and it started (and ended) with a bang. Clearly I'm late to the party and most everyone has read this book already, but I'm happy to have joined in. Without giving too much away, this novel is based around the fact that a Jack the Ripper copy cat is on the loose and it is up to the MIT to stop him. As the book

Clever, Diabolical, and Chilling! When a young women is brutally attacked by an unknown assailant, DC Lacey Flint gets to her just before she takes her last breath, dying in her arms. Following the murder, journalist Emma Boston comes forward claiming to have received a letter at home, seemingly from the killer. She personally brings it to Lacey, not the police. The reason becomes clear very quickly. Dear Miss Bosston I keep on hearing Saucy Jack is back. How I have laughed Is it true? If it is,

Finally! It took forever to get my hands on this book and then it took me forever to read it, howver, despite the fact that I never thought of it as a can't-put-it-down-page-Turner, this was a very solid book. Now You See Me is the first in the Lacey Flint series by S.J. Bolton who also publishes under Sarah Bolton. Someone in London is copying Jack the Ripper's murders and the MET is called in to investigate. The twist is that the murders are not random and DI Flint appears to in the center of

YYYYYAAAASSSSS!A book thats somehow about Jack the Ripper? SIGN ME UP! Okay so someone is following jacks playbook of how to kill women. However, they arent killing prostitutes or anything. Nope, the victims are mothers with husbands and kids. Then you meet Lacey Flint who arrives to the scene of the crime way before someone gets murdered. Of course everyones highly suspicious of this and they think she is hiding something from them. You soon find out that each place a victim is found is a place
