As I picked up this novel I saw a post by a friend of the author on his FB wall. An article that jokes about 'things writers hate'. Like how some reader rate a book at Amazon based on 'in what shape the book arrived in'. The packaging, not content.I found myself in a similar situation. I loved this story.
